The World Health Organization has recognized CBD as being safe with no potential for abuse. However, we recommend that you consult with your doctor before taking the product if you are using prescription medications. 

Is Hemp Derived CBD Legal?

Yes. In December of 2018, the President signed the 2018 Farm Bill which federally legalized hemp and removed it from the Schedule 1 Drug List. Hemp products such as CBD are now federally legal to be sold and transported in all 50 states.

What Is The Difference Between Hemp And Marijuana?

While Hemp and Marijuana are both varieties of Cannabis, they differ drastically in the levels of cannabinoids they produce. Hemp has high levels of CBD, which is non-intoxicating, and very low levels of THC (less than 0.3%). Marijuana has very high levels of THC, which makes it psychoactive and can cause people to feel “stoned” or “high” when consumed.

Do Industry Hemp Products Contain THC?

Currently Industry Hemp products do not contain any THC.
